4. AI Sub-processors

To provide features such as automatic product descriptions, chatbots, and content generation, we use third-party AI providers as data sub-processors. The data processing details are as follows:

• Service Provider: We use OpenAI, L.L.C. (and/or other AI providers) as a third-party data processor.
• Transmitted Data: We send text inputs (product descriptions, support inquiries) to the AI provider solely for content generation. Data is encrypted in transit and limited to the specific inputs required to generate the response.
• Model Training: Data processed via AI features is not used by the AI provider to train models. We have configured the integration to ensure your data is not used in training their models.

5. Cross-Border Data Transfer (Law 18-07)

Pursuant to the provisions of Law No. 18-07 relating to the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data in Algeria, we inform you that:

• Your data may be processed outside Algeria (in the US or EU) when using AI features, which constitutes a "transfer of data abroad" under Algerian law.
• By using the AI features in feeef, you provide explicit consent to this cross-border transfer of your data.
• We maintain a record of processing activities that lists the AI provider as a foreign recipient of data, in compliance with the requirements of Law 18-07.

6. Consent and AI Opt-Out

• Consent: Upon registration, you agree to the processing of your data by third-party AI providers as described above.
• Opt-Out: You can disable AI features from your account settings if you do not wish to share your data with AI providers. Disabling these features may limit some platform functionalities.
